A) Required Qualifications (for Assistant Officer on Probation):

1. Masters/ 4 (four) years Hon's in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
2. No 3rd Division/Class in any academic record (CGPA below 2.00 in any academic record will be treated as 3rd Division/ Class).
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure ensuring efficiency and quality to meet the deadline.
4. Admirable ability on basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Applications.
5. Good Command in English
B) Required Qualifications (for Assistant Officer Cash on Probation):

1. Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
2. Ability to work in a rush & stressful situation.
3. All other qualifications remain same as at 'A' accept on serial 1.
Age Limit: 30 years (maximum) as on 31.01.2012 (relaxable for the children of freedom fighters upto 32 years).

Candidates possessing requisite qualification will be called for written test

 Only the successful candidates securing qualifying marks will be called for interview as per the merit list of the written test to complete the selection process.
 Selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Officer on Probation & Assistant Officer (Cash) on probation for a period of 1 (One) year with attractive pay packages. On successful completion of Probation period they will be absorbed as 'Assistant Officer' & 'Assistant Officer (Cash)' under the Bank's regular pay packages as admissible in the stated grades.
 Selected candidates will have to serve the bank for at least 5 (five) years at any of its
branches/offices within the country.
